JUSTIN BIEBER IS BEING SENT BACK TO CANADA AND DEPORTED.
The government’s rules for their petition website We The People state that if any given petition hits 100,000 signatures, the White House must issue a response.
The petition to deport Justin Bieber currently has over 105,000 signatures at the time of writing. You can see it for yourself here (and also sign it).
“We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture,” the petition reads. “We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked. He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society.”
A statement from the White House about this request from the American people has yet to be issued, but we’ll be sure to share it once it’s released. We suspect the government will take the high road and discuss why a legal deportation isn’t possible.
Bieber was born in Canada and is currently able to live in the United States on a O-1 visa because of his music career. He has said that he is not interested in becoming an American.
The singer put himself in major trouble last week when he was arrested for drag racing and an alleged DUI. After posting bail he went to Panama and is reportedly looking to move out of his Calabasas, California home.
