Tips: Why is google docs running slow?

Here is the easiest fix. You can log in via incognito mode usually. I suspect one of your installed extensions is interfering. The easiest thing to do here might be to put chrome://settings/resetProfileSettings into your search bar. This will clear your caches and disable your extensions - which can easily be re-enabled later via chrome://extensions.
