We strive to make my clients feel as if they have personal one-on-one attention, family members in fact, and a good experience when dealing with insurance of any type. As a Broker and Agent on the captive side I have grown a large client list and I would love some assistance helping my business to grow in every aspect!

Telemarketer/Appointment Generation
OBJECTIVE: Generate Commercial Insurance review appointments for ___________. This will be accomplished by calling targeted businesses within Commercial Lines approved SIC codes, introducing them to Commercial Insurance Insurance, and establishing appointments in the interest of providing these targeted businesses with a formal Insurance review.
GOALS: Establish a minimum of ____ verified appointments per week using Commercial Lines approved SIC codes, target call lists, or other qualified information sources. By calling these targeted businesses you will be the first contact and represent Commercial Insurance. As such, a professional and kind approach should be made with the intent of establishing a formal Insurance review appointment.
APPOINTMENT CRITERIA: The following criteria must be met in order to be paid for appointments and qualify for production bonuses:
1. Date and time of appointment.
2. Physical business address must be verified at the time appointment is set.
3. Full name of business owner and booking placed in our calendar program
4. Name of person the Agent will ask for at the time of appointment. They must be a decision maker.
5. Time, date, and who was spoken to at the time appointment was made.
6. Only businesses under Commercial lines approved SIC codes will qualify.
In the event that any of these criteria are not met, compensation and/or Bonuses will not be paid.
COMPENSATION: An hourly wage of ____will be paid for actual work completed. In addition, a performance bonus will be paid based on appointment production. A performance bonus of ____ will be paid for each appointment, once a minimum of ____ appointments are set in a given work week.
